1. Prepare khichu base
Boil water with salt, cumin, sesame, hing.
Add rice flour + gram flour slowly, stirring constantly.
Cook until it forms a smooth, thick dough (like khichu).

Allow it to cool slightly.

Knead with butter
Once warm, knead in butter well.
Dough should be soft but firm enough to shape.

Make rings
Pinch small portions, roll into thin strips, and join edges to form rings.

Fry
Deep fry in medium-hot oil till golden and crisp.
