Super tasty peanut curry and farali cutlet is famous recipe for Vrat. All the people like very much and they eat happily.

First take1cup roasted peanut peel it and make peanut powder then heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and roast peanut powder then heat a kadai and add 2 tsp ghee and1 tsp cumin seeds and 2 cinnamon stick and green chilli curry leaves roast it. Then add peanut powder and butter milk boil for 5 minutes and make peanut curry.

Then take 1cup sabudana powder and1 cup Sama powder and 2 tbsp peanut powder add boiled potato 1tsp Ginger Chilli paste1 tsp Garam Masala and Pepper powder 1 tsp sendha namak and lemon juice 1 tsp red chilli powder mix well make soft dough.

Then take lemon size ball and make cutlet.

Then heat oil in a pan. And fry cutlet till it Brown now our peanut curry and Vrat cutlet is ready. Serve cutlet with peanut curry and decorate with green chilli.Enjoy!!!
