Ingredients

10 minutes
7 - 8 laddu
  • 1 teaspoonFrozen ghare
  • 2 teaspoonsPowdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoonDry ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonPiper longum powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack paper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon- Chai (Tea masala)masala (cinnamon, pepper, cloves, cardamom...)

    In a bowl, take 1 teaspoon of frozen ghee and add 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar. Mix well with your hands until smooth and creamy.

    Then, add 1 teaspoon of dry ginger powder and mix well. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of Piper longum powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of chai(Tea masala) masala. Mix everything well together.

    Then, take small portions from the mixture and shape them into small balls or laddu.

    These laddu can be stored for up to 15 days.

    Consume one laddu every morning on an empty stomach, and you will experience relief from physical weakness, knee pain, and joint pain.
