Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupPoha
  2. 1 cupmixed vegetables(potato, carrot, capsicum)
  3. 1/4 cupchopped Onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoonMustard seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  6. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonRed Chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  9. 1/2 teaspoonMixed herbs
  10. 1 tablespoonOil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, rinse and soak poha for 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Mix with Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions and salt. Add chopped vegetables and saute until tender.

  4. 4

    Add poha in a pan and mix well. Cook for few minutes and finish it off with a lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Serve with your preferred toppings like cucumber slices, sev or pomegranate kernels.
