First, boil the corns 🌽🌽with salt in cooker. Cool and remove the corn nibblets. Crush the boiled corn nibblets coarsely without adding water in a mixer. Take it in a big mixing bowl.

Also chop all vegetables finely, cut each cheese cube into 4 pieces and keep all other ingredients ready. Add vegetables into the crushed corn. Mix.

Now add in masalas, rava and rice flour. Mix. (Note to keep flour and rava quantity lesser than the corn and vegetables). Lastly,add in the masalas and mix.Mix and check if the mixture is easily forming into a ball. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.

Make equal 20 portions of the mixture. Now take one portion, flatten it and place a cheese cubelet and seal well to form a ball. Heat oil for deep fry.

Ready all the stuffed cheese corn balls and deep fry. Do not touch immediately. Splash oil on the balls and fry as shown.

Drain and take out the balls on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney or tea. Enjoy the rain with cheesy corn 🌽balls with family and friends. Happy Cooking 😊!!
