Steps

Chop tomato, green chillies, and ginger. Grind to make a paste.

Heat mustard oil in a wok. Add cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaves. Let them splutter.

Add the tomato paste and cook until the color changes and oil separates.

Lower the heat, add curd, and mix quickly to avoid curdling.

Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, and kasuri methi. Mix well.Also add little water

Mix well then add kasuri methi

Add paneer cubes. Stir gently to coat with the masala.Also add little water boil for a min.then add fresh malai

Cook for a few minutes until paneer is heated through.

Garnish with cashews and sprinkle extra kasuri methi before serving.

Serve hot with rice or roti n enjoy 😋😋
Tips
For best flavor, ensure to cook the tomato paste until the oil separates, and adjust the spice levels according to your taste.
