Soak the flatten rice in water for 5 minutes & then strain it with a strainer.

In a non-stick kadai add ghee, switch on the flame, then add the chopped nuts & fry them.

Now add the grated coconut, jaggery powder & then pour a little water & let them boil.

Now add the soak flatten rice & milk into the jaggery syrup & let them boil for a few minutes

Then add the coconut milk & cook for another few minutes by covering with a lid.

Now switch off the flame.Pour the ada Pradhaman into a serving bowl.

Serve the delicious ada Pradhaman fresh & hot.
