Amazingly creamy and super soft Pineapple Souffle. Loaded with so many flavours, it's absolutely beautiful in it's own way and just melts in mouth. Eggless and absolutely easy to whip up. Getting all the things together is all that it takes. Perfect for any party. The taste lingers on even after a long time. Such is it's magic and splendour. Souffle-my way. Try this out for your lovely families and relish this beauty one and all.
The most important part to take note of is that I have used the main ingredients only skipping the Jelly part. Pineapple Jelly can be set and added to the blender jar as well but I have totally skipped that because the Souffle becomes watery which is not at all done. I have set the Jelly instead and added it cut into cubes which turned out to be super delicious making it more appealing. The only time taken is for boiling water to mix the Jelly. Whatever time is taken more is the chilling time, firstly the time for the Jelly to set and secondly to chill the Souffle to furthermore increase it's awesomeness.
Try this Pineapple Souffle (easy way) and relish it's awesome texture and flavour. It can be your go to Dessert on any special occasions. Everyone will love it. Iam damn sure about that. Do share your feedback and give it a thumbs up if you have loved it. Let's begin with the easy peasy recipe.

Steps
- 1
Drain the canned pineapple and roughly chop. In a blender or a food processor, blend all the first four ingredients. Reserve half of the pineapple mini chunks or the slices for the topping.
- 2
In a blender, combine pineapple, whipping cream, fresh cream, and condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
- 3
Blending of chunks of pineapple makes the souffle more creamier and luscious too. The pineapple can just be chopped into pieces and added to the souffle if desired.
- 4
I too have blended it for an amazing taste and texture of the souffle. Chill it for at least an hour and don't forget to keep it covered. Set pineapple jelly by not following the package instructions. Instead add only half of the quantity of water to get a firm Jelly. After completely set, almost about an hour later, cut into cubes.
- 5
Gently fold in the pineapple jelly cubes into the blended and chilled creamy mix.
- 6
Pour the mixture into serving bowls or glasses.
- 7
Serve well topped with jelly cubes and pineapple pieces. Enjoy!
- 8
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Or if already chilled, it's absolutely ready to be served.
Tips
Make sure to drain the canned Pineapple well to avoid excess liquid in the souffle.
