Heat the 2 tablespoon ghee.Add the cashew and kishmish. Saute it till golden brown and remove in plate.

Add 2 tablespoon ghee in the same pan.Add the onion pieces,salt and sugar. Saute it till golden brown. Then remove it on the plate. I

Add the 1 tablespoon ghee in the same pan.Add the all tadka ingredients in ghee and saute till sweet aoma.

Add the cooked rice and mix well. Switch off the flame.Add the fried onion, cashew and kishmish. Mix well.

A very delicious, healthy, tasty Keralian. Nie Choru Rice. is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
