Wash and soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.

After the cumin crackles, add grated Ginger garlic & onion.

In a pressure cooker add ghee. Once the ghee melts and the whole garam massala & cumin seeds

When onion is transparent, add the veggies and salt to taste. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add water and boil it then add rice mix well.

Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Garnish it with cashew and rasin & serve hot.
