CHANDRAHARA is a authentic and traditional South Indian dessert recipe which made using from, fine semolina ( rava) ghee, milk dough, then triangle folded puris in deep frying until golden brown on low heat and serve with rabdi, It's done!
Steps

Method: Take a thick bottom kadhai pour the milk and let it boil for 15 mins to get thick. Once the milk gets the rabdi like consistency add sugar and let it cool.

In a bowl add semolina, ghee and mix well nicely, add required milk and make a tight dough. Let this rest for 30 minutes.

Now, prepared rava dough once more mix it well and make small portion and roll out folded puris like triangle, prick with a fork, prick a clove in the middle.

Now fry these puris in oil on low heat until golden brown and drain from oil.
Tips
While serving pour the rabdi, over the triangle puris and garnish with roasted poppy seeds. Serve delicious and yummy sweet 😊 Enjoy...❤️ Note: You can also add dryfruits and saffron infused milk, Per your choice...
