Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 400 gBeef chuck
  2. 100 gMushrooms
  3. 2Carrots
  4. 1Zucchini
  5. 1Corn (on the cob)
  6. 1/4 headCabbage
  7. 1Onion
  8. 1 cubeChicken bouillon
  9. 1Bay leaf
  10. 1 tspCumin
  11. 1 tspSalt
  12. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  13. 1.5 LWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté onions, bay leaf, cumin, salt, and pepper in a pot until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add beef chuck and brown on all sides, about 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Pour in water and add chicken bouillon. Simmer gently.

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, corn, and cabbage. Cook for 20-30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.

Tips

Sauté spices and herbs before adding the meat for enhanced flavor.
