Kala chana palak - Semi dry masala sabji

In pressure cooker add water, salt and soaked chana.

In pan add water, salt and sugar mix well, add palak cook it for 5 mins.

Then add cooked palak in jar, add green chilli, grind to make fine paste.

In kadai add oil, add all whole spices, cumin, then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.

Add turmeric powder, cumin Coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masalo, kasuri methi, salt, palak puree and boiled chana.

Close the lid cook it well

Lastly add malai and Coriander leaves.

Serve chana palak with rice and puri
