Cut the paneer into thick strips and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and once hot, add the cumin seeds.

Once it splutters add the dry red chillies, chopped green chillies, ginger julliene and sliced onions and saute for a minute.

Now add the sliced green capsicum and cook for 3 minutes.

Now add the paneer slices and toss.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

Now add the vinegar and salt and cook for 3 minutes.

Now add the tomato slices, garam masala,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from the stove, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed basmati rice.
