Wash and pat dry brinjal.Slit in between.

Take a bowl and add all ingredients of stuffing and mix well

Fill the stuffing in Brinjal.

Heat oil. Add jeera and put the brinjal and cook till it is soft keep stirring in between to avoid burning.Keep it aside.

Gravy

Heat oil.Add gravy masala and cook till it leaves oil.Add masala and brinjal and mix gently.

Serve hot with rice phulka chapati.
