Steps

Take a kadai. Add fennel seeds and a pinch of black salt and roast it. After roasting properly put it into flat plate for cooling.

Now in same kadai add flax seeds and pinch of black salt and roast. After that carrom seeds and sesame seeds also roast by adding salt. And put it on same flate plate.

Now add dhania dal but don't add salt. Roast for few seconds because it is already roasted.

Now put all the ingredients to cool down. After cooling down mix all properly and store in air-tight container. Have half spoon after lunch and dinner. So healthy nd tasty too.
