In a large deep skillet add olive oil. Heat on medium high heat. Add chicken, veggies, and seasonings. Cook and stir til everything is thoroughly combined, seasoned, and meat and veggies are cooked through. Turn off heat and serve immediately with tortillas, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese. Enjoy 😋.
