Ingredients

3–5 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 glassLimca (chilled)
  2. 1/2 glasscold water (so it’s not too fizzy)
  3. 1 tbsplemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  4. 1 tsphoney (or more to taste)
  5. 1 pinchblack salt (if allowed in fasting, otherwise skip)
  6. Few mint leaves (optional)
  7. Ice cubes (optional)

Steps

3–5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a glass, mix lemon juice and honey until dissolved.

    Add black salt and cold water.

    Slowly pour in the Limca so the fizz stays light.

  4. 4

    Stir gently and serve with jalebi

  5. 5

    Serve chilled immediately.
