Steps

1. Soak the Halim seeds:
Add 1 tbsp halim seeds to ½ cup water.
Let them soak for 2–3 hours (or overnight).
They’ll swell and become jelly-like.

2. Prepare the smoothie:
In a blender, add:
Soaked halim seeds (with gel)
1 banana (peeled)
1 chopped apple
2–3 dates (pitted)
1 cup milk or ½ cup curd + ½ cup water
Seeds from 2–3 cardamoms (optional)

3. Blend until smooth.
If it’s too thick, add a little more milk or water.

4. Serve chilled.
You can also garnish with a few soaked halim seeds on top.
