Pour coconut milk in a pan.

Once warm add the fresh cream and mix well.

Now add the sugar and mix well.

Now add the lemon rind and mix well.

Now take agar agar powder in a bowl, add little water to make a fine paste.

Once the coconut milk and fresh cream mixture reaches a boil, add the prepared agar agar mixture and mix well so that no lumps are formed.

Now take 2 ramekin moulds and grease them with a little oil.

Now pour the prepared coconut milk mixture into the ramekin moluds and refrigerate for 3 hours.

After 3 hours take out of the refrigerator and demould.

Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
