This recipe of Swee corn crispy pakora is very similar to any other fritters. It can be a perfect evening snack with a cup of tea.
Steps

Take bowl. Add boiled corn and sliced onion. Mix and squeeze. Mashe well. Add turmeric powder and asafoetida.

Add red chilli powder, chopped green chilli. Add ginger garlic paste.

Add besan and rice flour. Mix well. Add salt.

Combine well. Add chopped green coriander. Mix all spices & make thick batter.

Heat oil in a kadai. Fry pakoda on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Fry till golden and crisp.

Remove from oil. Sprinkle chaat masala. Serve hot crispy corn onion fritters with tomato sauce. Very tasty
Tips
Rice flour gives an extra crispy texture.
