Crispy fritters onion samosa
Steps

Take a bowl add wheat flour,baking soda,hot oil, cumin and salt. Add little water, mix like a soft dough. Cover and soak for ten minutes.

Chop onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Keep aside.

Keep a kadai on medium add chopped onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves, saute for few minutes. Add red chilli powder and salt. Mix well, till the raw smell goes out. Add lemon juice mix well.Remove from heat.

Take the samosa dough,roll it like chapathi. Fold it twice one side. Again fold other side like rectangle post cover.

Keep the masala onion stuffing inside. Fold it triangle shape samosa. Keep a pan on medium heat,add oil, drop the samsosas in hot oil. Let it cook till crispy and golden colour. Remove from heat.

Transfer to serving a plate. Enjoy the tasty and crispy fritters onion samosa.
