In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, and cinnamon powde

In another bowl, add mashed banana, curd, milk, and jaggery powder. Whisk well until smooth.

Combine both mixtures and add vanilla essence. Mix to form a thick batter.

Grease ciramic molds with ghee.

Pour the batter, cover with a lid, and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes.

Insert a toothpick — if it comes out clean, your cake is ready!

Let it cool, slice, and serve.

Tips
∆ Prefer jaggery over sugar — it gives a richer taste and is healthier.
∆ Add walnuts, almonds, or raisins for extra crunch.
∆ A few dark chocolate chips can make it more indulgent!
