To make Poha Oats Chilla, grind the poha, semolina and oats in a mixer and make a coarse powder.

Add gram flour, all the spices, buttermilk or curd to it and let it soak for a while.

Then add onion, masala e magic, coriander and mix everything well.

Place a pan on the gas, apply some oil and spread this batter on it.

Apply oil and fry it on low flame and serve it hot. It looks very delicious. Everyone, young and old, will like it.
