  2. Half bowl oats
  3. 2 tablespoonsooji
  4. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 tablespoonRed chilli powder
  6. 3 tablespoonsBesan
  7. 1onian
  8. 2 tablespooncoriander leaves
  9. 1 pouch masala e magic
  10. Half bowl Buttermilk/ curd
  11. Salt par taste
  12. 4/5 tablespoonoil for cell fry

    To make Poha Oats Chilla, grind the poha, semolina and oats in a mixer and make a coarse powder.

    Add gram flour, all the spices, buttermilk or curd to it and let it soak for a while.

  3. 3

    Then add onion, masala e magic, coriander and mix everything well.

  4. 4

    Place a pan on the gas, apply some oil and spread this batter on it.

  5. 5

    Apply oil and fry it on low flame and serve it hot. It looks very delicious. Everyone, young and old, will like it.
