Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 2/3 minutes, squeeze them out and marinate them. For marinating, add basic masala, curd, chaat masala and sezvan sauce and keep it aside for 3 to 4 minutes. Then chop one onion, ginger, tomato and garlic. Put oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and ginger paste in it. Then add tomatoes and marinated soya chunks and mix well.
