In a small cup, mix instant coffee powder + sugar + warm water until smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a blender jar. Add cold milk + cream + ice cubes.

Blend gently for 8–10 seconds (foam should be creamy, not too thick).

Clean a clay Kulhad / glass and add a few ice cubes.

Pour the blended coffee gently into the Kulhad / glass.

Sprinkle a pinch of coffee powder on top and serve immediat
Tips
∆ For stronger coffee, add a little more milk.
∆ Adjust sweetness by adding or reducing sugar.
∆ Keep the foam light and creamy; avoid a thick dalgona-style layer.
∆ Chilling the Kulhad / glass beforehand adds an extra rustic vibe.
