Steps

Firstly wash the methi and rinse it's water,then take gramflour and add methi and all spices.

Mix it properly and knead the dough well by pressing it.Make a tight dough

Now roll it over board like puri,make the cut from the knife in between and put all of them on one paper.

Then take a wok heat the oil now put the papadi one by one in oil and deep fry till it gets a little golden.Ready to serve it.
