Steps
- 1
Heat a pan over medium flame and dry roast the peanuts for 3 - 4 minutes until lightly golden and crunchy.
- 2
Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
- 3
In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, black pepper powder, black salt, and chaat masala.
- 4
- 5
Add the peanuts and toss well so that each peanut is evenly coated with the spices.
- 6
Let the peanuts rest for 5–10 minutes to absorb the flavors. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 10–12 days.
- 7
☕ Serving Suggestion :-
- 8
Serve with tea, coffee, or as a party/festive snack.
Tips
1) Skip black salt if peanuts are already salted.
2) Adjust black pepper and chaat masala to control spice level.
3) For extra crispiness, bake in a preheated oven for 4–5 minutes after tossing.
