Gather ingredients

Heat a pan. Add oil. Add raai jeera and let it crackle, then add curry leaves, garlic cloves, hing and cook it for 2 minutes.

Add onion, salt, cook until it becomes pink.add besan stir it on slow flame.

Add little salt red chillie powder and hot water. Put lid on pan and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes on slow flame.

Add Coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati and rice.
