This is a variation of one I saw online. It takes a little planning as you need to freeze for 1 hour before filling.

This is a variation of one I saw online. It takes a little planning as you need to freeze for 1 hour before filling.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Add dry seasonings as desired to beef. Divide into equal portions, roll into Ball and slightly flatten, place on baking sheet. Use a glass and shape the burger around the glass and up the sides. (I do this on the baking sheet.) Remove glass leaving a well in the burger. Continue with remaining burgers. Place baking sheet with burgers in freezer for 1 hour to be firm enough to add ingredients to the well.

Remove from freezer (leave on baking sheet) and assemble. Crack one egg in each well followed by onion, cheese, sliced cherry tomato. Squirt mustard and ketchup on top; add additional cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Bake 30 minutes.

While burgers are baking,melt butter in a skillet and toast your buns. I skip the butter and toasted using mayonnaise on the bun.

Place burger on bun and serve.
