  • 4hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 gcottage cheese
  • 50 gcheese
  • 1 bunchgreen onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbspflour
  • 1raw egg
  • 1little frying oil

Steps

    Grate the hard-boiled eggs.

    Add cottage cheese, grated cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Mix in flour and one raw egg until combined.

    Shape small patties.

    Fry in a small amount of oil until golden on both sides.
