Today I have made tasty spicy besan sev for Diwali festival. Diwali is incomplete without Diwali snacks, sev, chakli. It can be stored for many days and can be enjoyed with tea or coffee as a snack.

Today I have made tasty spicy besan sev for Diwali festival. Diwali is incomplete without Diwali snacks, sev, chakli. It can be stored for many days and can be enjoyed with tea or coffee as a snack.
Steps

Take a bowl, add besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, oil, mix it properly. Now add gradually water and knead the tight dough. Dough is ready.

Take small portion from the dough and roll it vertically. Place this rolled dough into the Sev machine, as shown in fig.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, now press the machine and move it in circular motion to get sev directly in the hot oil and fry them on very low heat until golden brown colour on both sides. Then remove carefully on the plate. Sev is ready.

Diwali Special Besan Sev is ready to serve.

Tips
Fry the Sev should be on low heat.
