Steps

First of all remove seeds and skin of pumpkin and grate. Now Roast pumpkin in ghee until soft and aromatic on medium to low flame.

Add milk and stir, cooking until pumpkin is well blended.

Add sugar and stir until the mixture thickens. Now Mix in milk powder and continue stirring.

Add desiccated coconut and mix well.

Now add cardamom and dry fruits, mix well and turn off the flame.

After little cool, remove it in a tray and garnish with dry fruits. Then set mixture in a tray to cool and set.

Now cut in desired shape and enjoy. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
Tips
For added flavor, you can roast the dry fruits lightly before adding them to the mixture.
