Today is World Vegan Day and I made No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart. We should gradually turn to being Vegan as it’s good for health and good for the planet.
This Tart is the answer to our sweet cravings with all ingredients having goodness for health
There are three parts to this tart and a 4-5 hours refrigeration or overnight until chocolate ganache sets in

There are three parts to this tart and a 4-5 hours refrigeration or overnight until chocolate ganache sets in

Tart base - in a bowl add almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt, mix

Place it inside a tart mould place it with a back of spatula, make a dent in the centre to add the filling

Filling - in a bowl add peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and pour it over the tart.

Ganache - in a bowl add coconut milk and for 5 secs warm in a MW. Add vegan chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix well. Add on the filling

Set it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or until the ganache sets in

Plate with peanuts on top as decor and cut a slice and enjoy 😊
Tips
When making the filling, make a dent in the centre to add the filling
Refrigeration to set the ganache is important
