Cut wash and steam the pumpkin cubes, mash them after cooling down. Make a soft purée.

Transfer the purée in the mixing bowl. Add wheat flour with mentioned spices and herbs. Mix well and knead soft dough. (No need to add water while kneading)

Make an equal portion. Take one portion and roll the semi thick paratha with the help of dry flour.

Roast on tawa with required oil/ghee till brown marks appear. Make all.

Tips
Dough Texture: Add flour gradually; the dough should be soft but not sticky. A teaspoon of oil or ghee while kneading keeps it smooth and easy to roll.
