Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a square baking pan with baking paper and lightly grease it. Set aside. - 2

In a bowl, whisk together maida, baking powder, and baking soda until evenly combined. Keep aside. - 3

Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, add pumpkin purée, mashed banana, sugar, olive oil, and pumpkin spice mix. Whisk until well blended. - 5

Gradually fold the flour mix into the wet mixture using a spatula to form a thick, smooth batter. - 8
Add Nuts, Seeds & Fruits:
Before adding the last batch of flour, mix it with chopped walnuts, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds to prevent them from sinking to the bottom. - 9
Pour & Top:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with halved walnuts, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. - 10
Bake:
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. - 11
