Soak basmati rice and wash well

Take cooker put butter or ghee add jeera let it splutter add chopped onion saute till golden brown

Add cauliflower mutter potato and mix well

By the time it gets little crunchy grind dry red chillies which are soaked with garam masala

Add 1 teaspoon red chilli paste chopped tomatoes and beetroot and let it cook

Add all spices and pav bhaji masala mix well

Add rice and mix well, add lemon juice add water and give one whistle
- 8
Garnish with coriander leaves

Pav bhaji biryani ready to serve with raita and salad
