First, transfer the appe batter into a wide bowl. Add all the mentioned vegetables one by one.

Add the seasonings and spices. Mix well. Heat the appe pan. Grease with oil or ghee. Pour spoonful of batter.

Drizzle oil over each appe mold, cover and cook till one side is golden brown. Then turn over and cook the other side till golden.

After they are completely cooked, transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with delicious, healthy gram and lentils chutney. Enjoy.

For the chutney, dry roast all the mentioned ingredients except the tamarind pulp on medium heat till it turns golden and cool completely.

Then grind with tamarind pulp in the mixer jar till smooth. Serve with the mixed veggies appe.
Tips
The batter should not be too thin and it should be fully fermented.
Serve the appe hot . Store wrapped in a kitchen towel in a hot case to retain the softness.
