Chopped and wash methi bhaji and green garlic.

Grind green garlic, green chilli and ginger ina mixture jar. Make coarse paste. Take coarse besan in a bowl.

Add methi bhaji and chopped green garlic. Add carrom seeds, black pepper and whole dhaniya. Add salt asafoetida. Mix well. Add 1 lemon juice and soda bi carb.

Mix well all spices.add required water.Whisk batter for 1 minutes. Heat oil in a kadai. The consistency is not pouring or flowing. Fry pakora on medium heat.

Flip gently. Fry pakoda little brown. Take them out in a plate. Likewise fry all pakoda. Serve hot Methi bhaji green garlic pakoda with curd, fried green chilli.

Tips
Green garlic paste gives an extra flavour in pakoda.
