Cut vegetables. You can use any colorful vegetables.

Make Tempra batter. I often use Tempra flour. Put 1 cube ice. Add vegetables.

Preheat vegetable oil (180℃) and fry vegetables tempra batter till crispy.

Eat with salt, Mentsuyu or any favorite sauce. Enjoy 😆👌
Tips
Putting ice cube makes Tempra crispy. 👌
