Amla Candy
Steps

Wash amla.Add Amla and 1 cup water in pressure cooker.Take 1 whistle and boiled them. Open cooker.

Remove out amla from cooker.Remove out seeds. Separate peices of amla.Spread on cloth. Dry them. Add sugar in a big box.

Chek out soft and boiled amla.

Add boiled amla peices.cover it and keep for 1 day till melt sugar.After 1day strain amla sugar syrup.

Spread Amla candy on tray ya plate till dry them on shadow not in sun light.

Coat sugar powder and black salt on dried Amla candy.

Transfere in to a air tight jar.Enjoy Amla candy.
Tips
u can use amla sugar syrup for shikanji and detox drink. U can also steam amla .
Keep Amla candy for 1/2 month.
