Ingredients

  1. 3Eggs
  2. 3/4 cupSugar
  3. 1/4Oil
  4. 1 tspVanilla powder
  5. 1 cupPistachio powder
  6. 1 cupBread crumbs
  7. 6 pieces(about 108g) Kiri cheese
  8. 120 mlCondensed milk
  9. 20 gSliced pistachios
  10. as neededEdible flower petals (optional, for garnish)

    Preheat oven to 170°C.

    Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla powder until smooth.

    Add pistachio powder and bread crumbs. Mix until combined.

    Pour batter into a lined baking tray.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Let cool.

    Blend Kiri cheese and condensed milk until smooth.

    Spread cheese sauce over cooled cake.

    Cut into squares. Garnish with sliced pistachios and flower petals.

Tips

For a richer flavor, you can toast the pistachio powder lightly before adding it to the batter.
And some people don't like eggs smell in cake so i put 1 tsp of vinegar into egg before adding some ingredients to remove the smell of eggs.
