1 big bowl(75-100gm) of Murmura
1 small cup of Pumpkin seeds
50-75 gmJaggery
1-2 tspghee

12-15 minutes approximately

Strain and clean the Murmura and Pumpkin seeds

Roast them individually in the wide pan at low heat

Keep them a side,Now heat the pan add Jaggery mixture and ghee and melt them till there is a nice bubble or colour changes to golden colour.Check the drop of jaggery mixture and roll them into the small ball, you can understand the texture of the jaggery is perfect for Chikki

Next add the Murmura and Pumpkin Seeds and mix altogether nicely

Take the wide plate grease with ghee and spread evenly the Jaggery and Murmura and Pumpkin seeds mixture over the plate

You can make ladoos also or like the way i made Chikki form,cut them into squares or diamond shapes as per your choice and can be stored in Airtight containers for few days
