This is a tweaked recipe from My mum - so simple and yet so perfect flavours and if you ever have a turkey sandwich this keeps everything moist and amazing - ENJOY :P

Put milk into a saucepant and add the onion - cook for 10 - 15 mins until the onion had softened. Then remove (I use it chopped into my stuffing or added to the gravy)

Add the butter & Cloves on a low heat and allow to melt then add the bread and stir well - all the bread should "melt" without lumps. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper. I allow to cool now with some cling film on top of the sauce so a skin doesnt form. This really blends the flovours but you can use it immediatly.

Reheat (REMOVE CLING FILM first) and serve warm - Amazing :P
