This is an artisan loaf of bread that consists of dried tomato, basil and feta cheese crumbles.

In a bowl, combine the warm water and yeast packet. Allow the mixture to sit for approximately 10 minutes, or until it develops a foamy surface.

Combine your flour, salt, and any additional ingredients.

Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture using a spatula to ensure thorough mixing.

Let sit for 1 hour and then stir again with spatula. Cover and let sit again for 30 minutes. Start preheating oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit.

Transfer the prepared dough onto a floured countertop and shape it according to your desired form. Subsequently, transfer the shaped dough to a baking dish or Dutch oven (if available). Score the top of the loaf. Place a tray of water on the bottom shelf of your oven.
Tips
To prevent sticking, I use parchment or wax paper to cook my loaves and spray them with baking spray.
