Steps

Boil Water :-
Add 2½ cups of water into a pot and bring it to a gentle boil. - 2
Prep the Flowers :-
Rinse the Butterfly Pea flowers 2–3 times to clean them well. - 3
Simmer the Tea :-
Add flowers, ginger and cinnamon to the boiling water.
Let it simmer for 6 minutes. - 4
Steep :-
Turn off the heat, cover the pot and let it steep for 7 minutes.

Strain & Serve :-
Strain the tea into cups. - 6
