Heat oil in a pan, add black cardamom and cloves.

Add chopped onion, sauté until soft.

Add chopped tomato and cashews, cook until soft.

Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric. Cook until oil separates.

Cool the mixture, then blend to a smooth paste.

Add paneer cubes, mix gently. add garam masala.

In the same pan, add a little oil,butterthen add the paste. Sauté well.

Finish with cream and kasuri methi on top.
Tips
For a richer flavor, soak the cashews in warm water for 15 minutes before blending.
