Healthy veggie butter pav bhaji
Steps

Finely chopped mix all veggies. pressure cook them.

In a pan heat butter. saute chopped onion. add garlic paste. saute till golden.

Add tomato puree.add all masala.. add salt.saute till thickens.add crushed boiled veggi.mix well.

Saute for 5-10 minutes. serve hot.serve with roasted pav and salad.
