Healthy tasty delicious carrot Ginger soup

First take carrot washed it cut into pieces. Then take Ginger peel it and cut into pieces.1 chopped onion 1 chopped potato.1/2 tsp crushed black pepper corn all the ingredients arrange in a cup then for broth ina large pot add water and 1 chopped carrot onion garlic bay leaf black pepper corn and salt

Boil it then Simmer for 30 minutes.strain the borth and set aside.Discard the solids.

Ina kadai heat oil and saute 3 chopped carrot and onion and chopped Ginger and salt until soft. then add 1 litre broth simmer until carrots are tender and soft.

Blend the soup until smooth. then transferred to bowl. Add salt.And add crushed black pepper corn.

Now healthy tasty delicious carrot ginger soup is ready then transfer to a serving bowl. add black pepper powder and decorate with fresh cream and green coriander leaves. Serve it hot. And enjoy soup happily. Enjoy!!!
