In a vok add oil.

After it is hot add jeera sounf chutney dal groundnuts curry leaves and saute well for about 5 minutes.

Once the groundnuts & chutney dal turn crispy add copra pieces.

Once they turn brown add salt.Turn off gas.Add turmeric powder. Mixwell.Add the paper poha.Mix well till all poha gets the colour.

Switch on gas,Continue to stir intermittently till poha turns crisp.Your Maharashtrian chiwda is ready.
Tips
Use fresh curry leaves.
U may add cashews and kissmiss for rich taste.
